Sydney website design built to put you on the map (the Google one)
We've built websites for businesses in Sydney, and Sydney customers rarely search for a business name. They search for a service near their suburb. Our website design for Sydney businesses builds the pages that answer those searches.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
Four rules for a site that competes across Sydney, from the Shire to the Hills.
We pull the searches for each service in each area before drawing anything. Some suburbs carry plenty of searches and some carry none, and that decides which pages exist.
An area gets a page written for it, or it stays off the site. A suburb name dropped into a paragraph answers nothing, and Google has ignored that trick for years.
Your site, your Google Business Profile and your directory listings show the same name, address and services. When they disagree, local rankings usually suffer.
We launch with redirects mapped, Search Console verified and a rankings baseline recorded for the areas that matter.

The long read
Why the suburb list in your footer does nothing.
Local search rewards pages that answer a question about a place. It stopped rewarding lists of place names years ago.
01
A suburb name is not a page
The old trick was a footer listing every suburb you cover.
That's 40 links and 40 names, and nobody has answered anything.
A page earns a local result when it says something useful about that area. Say what you do there, who you've done it for and how fast you get there. That can't be copied and pasted.

Illustrative: the shape a set of local searches takes, not a measured one. Yours is researched before anything is drawn.
02
Your map listing and your site have to agree
Your Google Business Profile lists one set of services. Your site lists another. A directory from 4 years ago lists a third.
Google notices the difference, and so do your customers.
Lining these up is boring work. It's also often the most valuable hour of the whole build.

Build for the suburbs you'll add next
Most local sites are built for the suburbs the business served on launch day.
Then the business grows, and every new area means another quote and another wait.
We build the template first. Adding an area becomes your team writing a page, with no invoice from us.

Your website talks to the software you already run.
We pick the platform that suits your business. Then we connect the
site to your booking system, your CRM and your ad accounts, so every

“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

Questions
Sydney website design questions, answered straight.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
No, and most businesses shouldn't have one. Only the areas people search for earn their own page. Quieter suburbs are covered by your service pages and your Google Business Profile. We show you the search numbers for each area before we decide which pages to build.
Can you build our website if we're in Sydney?
Yes. We work Australia-wide, and we've built websites for businesses in Sydney. Discovery runs on a call, and you review the design in your browser. We hand over the site with a recorded walkthrough. Distance has never limited the work.
We're in Sydney but serve all of Australia. Does this still fit?
Yes. The same structure works for service areas of any size. What changes is whether the areas are suburbs, cities or states. A Sydney head office with national clients might need city pages. A mobile service in the west needs suburb pages.
How long before we see local results?
New pages usually take a few weeks to settle, and busy suburbs take longer than quiet ones. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position on Google, and we won't either. The baseline we record at launch lets you see the movement for yourself.
