Managed website hosting that is quick, Australian and lock-in free
Our managed website hosting runs your site on Australian servers behind a global edge network. SSL, a firewall, automated backups and uptime monitoring are set up and watched for you. It is billed monthly with no lock-in.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
We watch the resources, patch the server, renew what expires and check the backups, then send a short note saying what we did.

The long read
What a hosting fee should actually buy.
Hosting looks like a commodity until the day it fails. This is what the monthly fee should be paying for, and what it should never include.
01
Distance is still a speed limit
A server on the other side of the world adds a delay to every request your site makes, and every request makes the trip.
So your site runs on Australian servers, close to most of your buyers. A global edge network then serves copies of each page from near each visitor.
How it is set up depends on how the site is built, and we choose that with you rather than from a price list.

Illustrative: the shape of a far-away host's delay, not a measurement of your site. We time yours before recommending a move.

Hosting you can walk away from
Plenty of businesses find out how stuck they are on the day they try to leave an agency.
Long hosting contracts protect the agency. They do nothing for the business paying the bill.
Our hosting is billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Give 30 days' notice and you are free to go, and the words, photos and branding you supplied stay yours.

A backup on the same server dies with the server
If the backups live on the server they protect, the same event takes both.
Ours are automated, copied off the platform and kept for an agreed period. We restore one now and then to prove the chain still works.
If you want the full treatment, with regular restore drills and a written incident plan, that is our security and backups service.

What managed hosting covers, and what it leaves out
Managed hosting means the environment is set up for your site, then watched, patched and renewed. There is no lock-in and no cheap plan with our logo stuck on it.
When something is wrong, you reach a person who knows the site.
Plugin updates and content changes are maintenance, a separate plan that sits beside this one.

Your website talks to the software you already run.
We pick the platform that suits your business. Then we connect the
site to your booking system, your CRM and your ad accounts, so every
enquiry lands where your team already works.
“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

Questions
What people ask before moving their hosting.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
On Australian servers behind a global edge network. Static and headless sites are served from the edge, close to each visitor. Sites that need a server, like WordPress, run in Australia. We explain the setup for your site in writing before anything moves.
Is there a lock-in contract on hosting?
No. Hosting is billed monthly with no lock-in contract, and you can leave with 30 days' notice. The words, photos and branding you supplied stay yours, whether you stay with us for 1 year or 10.
Will our email be affected by the move?
It should not notice a thing. We record every DNS entry before we touch anything and carry the email records across first. The old host keeps running until the new one is checked.
What does managed hosting cost?
Hosting is billed monthly, and the monthly price is in your fixed quote before you commit. There is no lock-in contract, and 30 days' notice ends it. Ask on a free strategy call and we will price it for your site.
Does hosting affect our rankings?
Speed and reliability both matter to search, and both are hosting problems before they are anything else. A slow or unreliable host holds a good site back, which is why we measure both after every move.
What happens if we leave?
Give us 30 days' notice and the hosting ends. Once your project is paid in full, you hold a licence to use the website we built. The words, photos and branding you supplied stay yours.
Is SSL included?
Yes. Certificates are issued for every domain and subdomain the site uses, and they renew automatically. We check them each month, so an expiry never reaches a visitor's browser.
