What clients say about the build
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
These come from the NDIS framework and from the people reading the page. We design and write inside them, and your organisation stays responsible for its own claims. Written to the guidelines by our copywriting team. Not legal advice.
01
The Practice Standards shape every promise
The NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct expect honest information and respect for a participant's choice and control. The copy describes the supports you deliver and never overstates them.
02
Plain English is the default
Participants read at every level, and many use screen readers or read with support. We write in plain English and structure key pages so Easy Read versions can sit alongside them.
03
Registration and the NDIS logo are stated exactly
Only providers registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission may say they are registered or use the NDIS logo. The site states your status exactly as the Commission's register shows it.
04
Participant details stay private
Referral forms collect disability and health details, which the Privacy Act treats as sensitive. Forms ask only what the first conversation needs, and no Meta or Google Ads pixel sees them without express opt-in.

The long read
Written for participants and coordinators.
An NDIS website has a harder job than most. It gets read by very different people, and it has to stay accurate about things that change every week.
01
Every page has 2 readers
An NDIS site is almost always read by 2 people: the participant, and whoever is helping them choose.
A support coordinator might compare 6 providers in an afternoon. A participant might read one page slowly, with a screen reader, over a week.
The page has to work for both. That means short sentences, the facts up front, and nothing that only makes sense to someone inside the sector.
nothing that only makes sense to someone inside the sector
02
The vacancies page is the one that matters
For SIL and SDA especially, the question behind most searches is simple. Is there room?
Many provider sites answer it with a contact form and a promise to get back to you. That sends the coordinator on to the next site on their list.
We build a vacancies page your team can update in a few minutes. It shows the location, the support model, the accessibility features and the date it was last checked.

What we won't write
We don't write copy that promises life outcomes, and we don't quote participants about their support.
Stories about people's lives belong to them, and a website is a poor place to borrow one.
We write what a participant needs to decide: what you offer, where, who it suits, what it costs against their plan, and how to start.
“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”
Chris Jellis Domain Health
“Since going with Casey and his team, we have had nothing but
wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got
awesome results with low lead costs.”

“Casey was so empathetic and patient in listening to my ideas.
He asked all the right questions and got me thinking on aspects I
hadn't considered. He goes above and beyond.”

ideas-driven marketing agency, look no further... He's helped transform our business from a fairly humble start-up to a fast growing and highly regarded
service provider.”

“[They have] truly exceeded my expectations... They handle every detail with care, addressing any concerns or

accommodation. The end result was nothing short of fantastic.”
An NDIS provider website serves participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers. How to build one each of them can use, built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
WCAG 2.2 AA explained for small business: what the standard asks, the 6 new criteria since 2.1, what Australian law expects, and checks you can run yourself.

Questions
What NDIS providers ask us first.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
Do you only build websites for registered NDIS providers?
No. We build for registered and unregistered providers alike. The site states which you are, exactly as the NDIS Commission's register shows it, because participants and coordinators check. Only registered providers use the NDIS logo or call themselves registered.
Can you produce Easy Read versions?
We write the plain English source and structure key pages so Easy Read versions sit beside them. Full Easy Read documents with tested images are best made by an Easy Read writer. We build the pages to hold their work.
How do you test accessibility?
Automated checks run on every build, then we test key templates by keyboard and with a screen reader. WCAG 2.2 AA is where we start. We don't leave it as a box to tick at the end, because participants rely on it from the first page.
Will a vacancies page help us get found on Google?
It gives search something specific to match. A vacancy page with a suburb, a support type and a current date answers the exact search a coordinator makes. A general services page can't do that, so the vacancy page has the better chance of being found.
Have you built NDIS websites before?
We built J&J Supports on the Mornington Peninsula. Their site sets out daily supports, nursing and community programs suburb by suburb, with a page for each support. You can see it on our work page. Your team approves every word we write for you.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. After a free 15-minute call, we send a fixed quote with line items, based on your supports, regions and properties. It doesn't move unless you add to the scope. Hosting is billed monthly with no lock-in contract, and 30 days' notice ends it.
