Product page optimisation for the buyers who look, then leave.
Most people who reach a product page leave without adding to cart. Usually they had a question the page didn't answer. Our product page optimisation finds that question, changes 1 thing at a time and tracks each change all the way to the order.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
Delivery cost and date sit beside the price, because a late surprise is a top reason carts get left. Returns wording follows the Australian Consumer Law.
The winner goes onto every product using that template. We write up the result and queue the next question on the list.

The long read
What a product page is for, and where most fall short.
A product page has one job: to answer everything a buyer needs to know before they commit. Most of the gains come from finding the question it isn't answering.
01
Buyers leave with a question unanswered
Almost nobody leaves a product page because the button was the wrong colour.
They leave because the buyer went looking for an answer and did not find it. When will it arrive? Will it fit? What if I send it back?
So the first job is finding those questions in recordings, support emails and reviews. Then we rank them before we redesign anything.

02
Test one change or learn nothing
Change the images, the copy and the layout at once, and sales might rise or fall. Either way, you have a result and no lesson.
Run a single change until enough orders arrive to settle it. Then you learn something you can use on every product that shares the template.

Illustrative: the usual shape of a product page funnel, not a measurement of yours. We measure yours in the audit.
03
Add to cart is not the finish line
It's easy to raise the add to cart rate. Hide the shipping cost, and more people will add the product. Hiding costs until the last step can also mislead buyers under the Australian Consumer Law.
More carts is not the same as more orders. They leave at checkout instead, and now they're annoyed.
That is why every test here is judged on purchases and revenue, with add to cart as a signal rather than the goal.

When testing is not worth it yet
A store with a handful of orders a week does not have the traffic to split. A test cannot reach an answer in any useful time.
In that case the audit is the job: fix the obvious gaps, make the changes the evidence supports, and start testing once the orders are there.

“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

“Since going with Casey and his team, we have had nothing but
wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got
awesome results with low lead costs.”

Questions
Product page questions, answered straight.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
It depends on how many orders the page produces, more than on visits. We work it out in the audit. If a test would take months to answer, we recommend the audit on its own.
What kind of changes do you test?
Whatever the evidence points to: delivery and returns information, image order, variant pickers, the product description, the price display. Never a colour for its own sake.
Will testing slow the product page down?
It shouldn't. We build variants into the template instead of loading a heavy testing script on top, so the page stays within its Core Web Vitals budget.
Can you guarantee a conversion increase?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Some tests lose, and a lost test is still useful. It stops a bad change reaching every product. What we promise is honest measurement.
What does product page optimisation cost?
The audit is a fixed quote with line items, after a free 15-minute strategy call. A testing programme is a fixed monthly scope with no lock-in, quoted once the audit shows what's worth testing.
Does this work on Shopify and WooCommerce?
The method is the same on both platforms. The tracking is set up to follow a buyer from product view to paid order on whichever platform you use.
Will changing product copy affect our rankings?
It can help, since clearer answers often match what buyers search. We keep the product's main terms in the title and description, and we check nothing a page ranks for is removed.
