Website monitoring that spots the outage before your customers do
Our website monitoring checks your site around the clock, including the parts that earn money, like the enquiry form and the checkout. When something fails, a person on our team is alerted and starts on it.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
A monthly note gives the uptime for each check, every incident with its cause, and anything that is slowly getting worse.

The long read
What website monitoring is for.
Knowing the site is down is the easy part. Knowing quickly, being sure, and having someone act on it is the service.
01
The homepage is the last thing to break
Outages rarely take a whole site down. More often a form stops sending, a payment step errors, or a booking widget fails to load, and the site looks fine.
A check that only asks whether the homepage loads will stay green through all of it.
So we test the paths that earn. We send a test enquiry, run a test checkout, and confirm that each one arrives.

Illustrative: the shape of an unwatched failure, not a measurement. A form check means you hear about it far sooner.
02
An alert nobody reads is just noise
Monitoring that emails a shared inbox produces 2 kinds of alert: false ones and ignored ones.
After the tenth false alarm, the one that matters is ignored with the rest.
So we confirm a failure with a second check before anyone is told. Then we tell a person on our team, with an escalation if they do not respond.

03
Say it before your customers do
When a site is down, people ring, email and post about it. Most of them only want to know whether the fault is theirs or yours.
A public status page answers that. It says what is affected, that someone is working on it, and when it was fixed. A customer who knows you are on it is far more patient than one who is guessing.
It is optional. The businesses that take bookings usually want one.

Monitoring finds the problem. Someone still has to fix it.
A check can tell you the site is down. It cannot patch a plugin, restore a backup or move a host.
That is why the alert needs somewhere to go. On our care plans it goes straight to the people who maintain, secure and host the site. The person who hears about the fault can fix it.

“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

Questions
What people ask before we start watching.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
Around the clock, on an automated schedule. Each failure is confirmed by a second check before an alert goes out, which stops false alarms wearing everyone down. Forms and checkout are tested on their own schedule, the way a customer would use them.
What do you check besides the homepage?
The paths that earn: enquiry forms, checkout and booking, plus the certificates and domain renewals that take a site down when they lapse. Each is tested the way a customer would use it.
Who gets the alert?
A person on our team, through the channels you agree, with an escalation contact if they do not respond. After-hours alerts are part of the full coverage plan, and your quote sets out exactly when they run.
Will test submissions clutter our inbox or CRM?
No. Test enquiries are marked and routed so they prove the form works without reaching your team or skewing your reports.
What does monitoring cost?
A fixed monthly fee, set by how many paths are checked and whether after-hours alerts are included. You get the number before you commit, and there is no lock-in contract.
Does downtime hurt our rankings?
A short outage rarely matters. Repeated or long ones can, because search engines that keep meeting errors visit less often. Hearing about a fault early is how you keep outages short.
Do we need a public status page?
Not always. It helps most when customers depend on the site to book or pay. If you want one, it runs on your own subdomain and we update it during every incident.
