API integration that speaks up when a lead goes missing
We connect your website to the tools behind it, like your CRM, booking system, ad accounts and analytics. Every API integration retries on failure, keeps a log, and runs on credentials that belong to you.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
Live keys are issued in your name and the old ones retired. We write a runbook for whoever looks after it next.

The long read
What an integration is actually for.
Moving data from one place to another is the easy part. Knowing it moved, and noticing when it stops, is the job.
01
The silent failure is the expensive one
A connection that breaks loudly gets fixed the same day. The dangerous kind keeps accepting form submissions and quietly stops passing them on.
Nothing on the website looks wrong. The thank-you page still appears. The leads simply never arrive.
So every connection we build keeps a log and counts both ends. A gap in the numbers raises an alert the same day, long before anyone stumbles on it months later.

Illustrative: the shape a silent failure takes, not a measurement of any client's data.

Automation apps make a good bridge and a shaky foundation
No-code automation tools are good for proving a flow works. We use them that way ourselves.
Left in place, they tend to multiply: one to catch the form, one to reformat it, one to send it on. Each is another subscription and another login, and each one another place for the data to stall.
Once a flow matters to revenue, a direct, logged connection is cheaper to run and easier to rely on.

Who holds the keys
An API key is a password to your business systems, and whoever holds the keys holds your data.
We create them in your accounts, store them outside the code, and rotate them at handover. Nothing we used during the build still works afterwards.
If you ever part ways with a developer, it should take an afternoon, not an audit.

Health data needs a narrower pipe
When a form collects anything about someone's health, every hop it takes is a place it could leak.
Send only what the next system needs. Keep clinical detail in the practice management system, out of a marketing CRM or an analytics event.
We design the data flow with that in mind from the start. We also keep a record of what goes where, so your privacy policy can describe it accurately.

Your website talks to the software you already run.
We pick the platform that suits your business. Then we connect the
site to your booking system, your CRM and your ad accounts, so every
enquiry lands where your team already works.
“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got
awesome results with low lead costs.”

Questions
What people ask before connecting their systems.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
Most tools with a documented API or webhooks. That includes CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, and booking tools like Calendly, HotDoc, Halaxy and Cliniko. It also covers GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta. We confirm what each tool allows in the system map.
What happens when a connection fails?
The send is queued and retried. If it keeps failing, a named person gets an alert with the record attached. Nothing sits lost in a log nobody reads. You agree who gets those alerts before the build starts.
Do you use automation tools or custom code?
Whichever suits the flow. Low-volume or test flows can live in an automation tool. Anything that carries leads or sales gets a direct, logged connection. Those are the flows you can't afford to lose quietly.
Who owns the API keys?
You do. Keys are created in your accounts, kept out of the code, and rotated at handover. So access never depends on us, and parting ways with any developer stays simple.
How is an integration priced?
Every integration gets a fixed quote with line items once the field mapping is agreed. A connected stack is quoted as one scope, so shared parts like logging are only paid for once. It starts with a free 15-minute call.
Can you send conversions to our ad platforms?
Form and booking events can go to Google Ads and Meta server side, through the Meta Conversions API. Deduplication stops one lead being counted twice. For health and NDIS businesses, we send booked or not booked only, and no ad pixel goes on without express opt-in.
Can you connect a website to our practice management system?
Where the system offers an API or booking widget, yes. That covers tools like Best Practice, Medical Director, Nookal, Splose, HealthEngine and Medirecords. We keep clinical data out of marketing tools and send only the fields each system needs.
