Shopify website design that takes its first order on launch day.
Installing a Shopify theme takes an afternoon. A store that charges the right GST and ships at the right price takes more. As a Shopify Partner, we handle the Shopify website design and the whole build. Your products go in, payments and shipping get set up, and you only pay for the apps you need.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
We place, fulfil and refund test orders on every method and connect your domain. Your team learns the admin before customers arrive.

The long read
What a finished Shopify store includes (hint: more than a theme).
Anyone can install a Shopify theme in an afternoon. A store that takes money correctly and survives its first busy weekend takes a bit more work.
01
The settings are the store
Most of the work that decides whether a store makes money is invisible. Think tax, shipping zones and the order your payment methods show in.
Nobody notices a wrong setting until an order goes out at the wrong price. By then it has usually happened a few hundred times.
So setup is its own stage with its own tests. Nobody rushes through it on launch morning.

Every app is a monthly bill and a script
Apps are how Shopify stores add features, and how they get slow.
Each one arrives as a bill and a script. The bill recurs every month. The script loads on pages that often do not need it, and some keep loading after the app is removed.
We keep the list short. Reviews and subscriptions usually earn their place. A countdown timer or an announcement bar rarely does, because the theme can do it for nothing.

A store build and custom development are different jobs
This page is about getting a complete store live on Shopify, using the platform the way it is designed to be used.
Some stores need more, like custom Liquid sections, private apps or a link to a warehouse system. That's Shopify development, and it's a separate scope. Most stores never need that, and we'll tell you if yours does.

When Shopify is not the right answer
Shopify suits most product businesses. It suits fewer when the store is a small part of a large content site, or when the catalogue has rules the platform does not model well.
If that's you, WooCommerce or a headless build may fit better, and we'll say so before you sign up for a plan.
Your website talks to the software you already run.
We pick the platform that suits your business. Then we connect the
site to your booking system, your CRM and your ad accounts, so every
enquiry lands where your team already works.
“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

“Since going with Casey and his team, we have had nothing but
wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got
awesome results with low lead costs.”

Questions
The Shopify questions everyone asks us.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
Do we need a custom theme or will a paid theme do?
For a focused catalogue, a good paid theme set up well is often enough. That's the Launch store option. A custom theme pays off once your catalogue or brand outgrows what the theme's sections can show.
Can you import our products from a spreadsheet or another store?
We can. We map your columns to Shopify's product and variant structure, import in batches, and check the result against the source before anything goes live.
Is GST set up correctly for Australia?
Yes. Prices show including GST, because the Australian Consumer Law expects shoppers to see the total price. Tax is set for your registration, and test orders confirm the invoice shows what your accountant expects.
What does a Shopify build cost?
You get a fixed quote with line items after a free 15-minute strategy call. Your Shopify plan and any app subscriptions are billed to you directly by Shopify and the app makers. We don't mark them up.
Will moving to Shopify hurt our search rankings?
It shouldn't, as long as every old product and collection URL is redirected to its new Shopify address. That redirect map is part of the launch stage and costs nothing extra.
Who owns the store once it is built?
You do. The Shopify account is created in your name from the first day, and we work inside it as staff. When the project ends you can remove us in one click.
What is the difference between this and Shopify development?
A store build uses Shopify as it comes, set up and themed well. Shopify development is custom code, like custom sections, private apps and integrations. It's for stores that need something the platform doesn't offer.
